  3. Product/Service Details: Flower seeds are online and visible on our website. Pricing is clearly marked. Tax is collected. Shipping is free.
  4. Payment Terms: Payment methods include credit/debit card via our website for safe and secure transactions. Payments must be made in full before order is processed.
  5. Delivery & Shipping: After orders are fulfilled (Monday-Saturday) they are then shipped via USPS. You will receive an email confirmation after we have received your order. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  6. Refund & Return Policy: Cancellations are accepted before order is fulfilled. Because our products are live, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
  7. Intellectual Property: Sparkles and Seeds, LLC owns all its own logos and logo/tagline combo images as well as all self-uploaded photos including but not limited to product photos, personal photos, etc.

  9. Disclaimers & Liability: Products are sold as-is. Seeds are highly cared for and are of great condition when they leave us. Buyer takes all responsibility for any damage, loss, or degradation that occurs after delivery. We cannot control the conditions of the environment in which the seeds will be after arriving therefore Sparkles and Seeds, LLC is not responsible for the germination of each plant or the condition of the plant in its lifecycle. Our seeds are carefully handled and batch tested for quality and germination.
