How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment or review, the comment/review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments/reviews/messages automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, reviews, and/or sent a message, you can request to receive any personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. We will send you a response to your request and, to our best ability, give you the information we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Should visitor comments/reviews be an option on our site, they may be checked through an automated spam detection service. All messages sent to us through our “Contact Us” page are delivered to a Sparkles and Seeds, LLC member.
Emails sent to Raquel@SparklesandSeeds.com are sent directly to the Sparkles and Seeds inbox. Emails are kept as long as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
